Seeking Senior Pastor

Anchor of Hope is a non-denominational, bible-believing, cross-cultural, evangelical, Christ centered, family oriented, multi-generational Church that is seeking to fill the Senior Pastor position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effective pastoral leadership and will be a person of integrity committed to the mission and vision of the church. This candidate will have a close personal relationship with Jesus Christ and should be energetic and passionate about their vocation in Christ. They should meet the qualifications of a pastor/elder mentioned in I Timothy 3:1-7, Titus: 1 5-9 and I Peter 5: 1-4. The ideal candidate should have a BA in biblical studies, pastoral ministries or theology and should show efforts to pursue and obtain an advanced degree relevant to the ministry. This Senior Pastor should have a zeal for missions both foreign and domestic. This is a full time position with a full benefit package.
